Vision Board

What's a vision board you may ask? A vision board or a dream board (whichever you think sounds the coolest) is where you simply have the images of your dreams in front of you.  You can easily use one of the tack boards to put pictures or you can get a small poster board and put pictures on it. You can even make your background or screensaver on your computer your vision board. The concept behind this is that seeing is believing. The simple fact that you can see what's on that board in a picture makes it very real and attainable. If it exists it can be attained!  This goes hand and hand with seeing your goals written down, this is to motivate you to take action to get the things you desire most.

I want a Villa in Sicily one day! This WILL happen!






Over half way to my goal weight. Doesn't have to be that dress in particular but in 6 months time I want to be able to buy my first "little black dress"





This is my dream vehicle. I will be driving this happily one day!
